Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once a download link has been activated.

When refunds apply

• Product is significantly not as described.
• Product is corrupted or undeliverable and we cannot fix it.
• Duplicate payment for the same order.

How to request

Contact support@digitalstore.test within 7 days of purchase with your order number and reason.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
